Curator of a festival of literary and art vanguard "Azor's Paw", musical festivals "Ours in Space", 'Green Travel Fest' and 'Ambient Nights In Guslitsa', coordinator of a ambient label '45 Echoes Sounds'. He began "Musical career" in 1985 as a part of the disco theater "Columbus". In the 1980-1990th he played the guitar, sang and wrote songs in rock groups "The We", "The Russian storytellers", "Kharitonov's Fuck Orchestra", "Helter Skelter", etc. In the late nineties he was fond of experiments with electronic sounding — from sound poetry to electroacoustics – and sinthesizers music. Its albums released on many labels. Most of all he is known under music pseudonym EugeneKha. He is the participant and the composer of the Microbit project (Lo-bit an esthetics), Nameless Dancers (Nu-Jazz, Lounge), Spacebirds (Sci-Fi Synth-pop), Yoko Absorbing, I.N.KH.E., etc. In 2005-2011. Evgenij actively developed and popularized a musical esthetics of a lowbit (lobit, lo-bit, low bitrate), some sources call him "the father of the Russian lo-bit". He created music for movies and participated in numerous international projects. In the music he addressed to many directions, often mixing different styles, but big love feels to Ambient music.
In real life Evgenij V. Kharitonov — the curator of literary projects of the Russian state library for youth.

Стилистические границы музыки неустойчивы, сам музыкант определяет звучание EugenenKha как Ambient Fusion, ведь эта музыка соткана и из синтезаторной мечтательной электроники с явным научно-фантастическим окрасом и отсылками к эпохе электронного space-рока, и атмосферных Drone пьес, и этнического дарк-эмбиента. А в других треках вдруг обнаруживаем отсылки к транс-музыке и электронному импровизационному авангарду. (Но прежде чем сконцентрироваться на эмбиент-звучании, в 2000-х проект жално "грешил" с самыми разными сторонами электронной музыки - от сэмплерного House до chillout и acid-techno). 
Написал музыку для фильмов «Лабиринт призраков» (Германия, 1998) и «Ларри» (Россия, 2010).
Проект активно гастролирует и выступает на клубных и фестивальных площадках.

"Down On The River" - literally inspired by dreams and is an audio illustration of a series of dreams related to travel on the night river. Close your eyes and imagine how the old oars creak softly, something unknown rustles in the reed thickets, mysterious flashes erupt on the horizon, and an infinite sea of stars stretches overhead. You lie on the bottom of the boat and look at the sky. Around you only the water surface of the river, night and music, born, it seems the river itself.

На сцене культурного центра "белые Облака" 12 апреля 2013 года три известных московских электронных проекта организовали почти импровизированный космический джем, который продлился около двух часов.

Ours In Space Fest – the micro festival is devoted to one of the most sublime, not turbid by an ideological dust to a holiday - to Day of astronautics.
On a scene of the cultural center "White Clouds" on April 12, 2013 three known Moscow electronic projects organized almost improvised space jam which lasted about two hours.

In the late nineties seriously was engaged sound poetry and audio-art. Acts with performances, has let out many audio-albums as sound poet, it was published in sound poetry magazines. The participant of many vanguard festivals and live performances.

Green Ice Cream - an electronic duo that seeks to express in their the music a wide variety of emotions. Some are from personal experiences, and some are observations of life that are difficult to put in words. Combining the reminiscences of childhood naive melodies with new forms
of sound, using a wide range of electronic music instruments, the band reached a unique kind of sound. It's range is quite wide: from soft underwater ambience with bursting to the surface techno rhythms and grinding noise with melodic splashes to ornamental pseudo-harmonic structures.
The band is particularly focusing on their live performances, and, of course, intense studio work, the search for new sounds, ideas and images ...

Evgenij (Eugene) V. Kharitonov performs, records and releases music as EugeneKha. Poet and Musician, Writer, Sound and visual artist. He was born in 1969 in Moscow. Has got philological education, the author of numerous literary publications and many books, works in journalism. The publisher and the editor of magazine of literary and art avant-guard "Drugoe Polusharie/Another Hemisphere", audio-magazine of sound poetry and audio art "ARTronic Poetry", the curator of Festival of experimental art "Lapa Azora".

In music is engaged from the middle 1980. In first half 80 was DJ and the dancer in the Moscow Disko-theatre "Columb", since 1987 played different rock groups as the guitarist, the vocalist and the author of songs (bands: "The We",Kharitonov's Fuck Orchestra, Khram Snov). In the late nineties seriously was engaged sound poetry and audio-art. Acts with performances, has let out many audio-albums as sound poet, it was published in sound poetry magazines. The participant of many vanguard festivals and live performances.

In 2000 has taken a great interest in electronic music, without adhering to any one direction. Basic: EugeneKha (Various ambience music and intelligent electronic) and Evgenij V. Kharitonov (Sound art, soundscape, sound poetry, avant-garde sound).
